This coffee is excellent. A year ago I switched to exclusively drinking cold brew coffee. These beans have me reconsidering!!! The aroma from the unopened bag was heavenly. When I do drink hot brew I want to grind, and I know a quality bean.....these beans are wonderful, full and glossy! They grind to a beautiful consistency and the brew is amazing. The brew has a smooth taste and the notes of caramel are evident. There isn't a bitter aftertaste, only the pleased palette that has me ready for another sip.
